SD 1697–1723: Let us pretend I am writing at the start of December and not the end. I was going to write shortly after the incident but ended up being unable to bring myself to it. Too busy living a life of decadence and denial!

Hope briefly lived and we did all the things we did in 2016 except this time we thought we knew better.

Turns out we didn’t.

We tried some scary fun new things for the first time to wash the disappointment away.

We did some old things with new people.

And celebrated new beginnings of serving the Master, jobs, and snow in November.

I should stop writing like that it’s dumb.

Ahead of a week in St. Paul for Thanksgiving I took a cute weekend trip to Milwaukee Friday night through Monday morning. The Robert Longo show at the Milwaukee Art Museum was a bit traumatizing but I had good company. We also got to see Maria Bamford perform which was incredible. A+ trip.

I am such a good photographer with my new iPhone 16 Pro 128GB Black Titanium with Starfruit Silicone MagSafe case.

Then it was off to St. Paul on the Borealis for a day at the Mall of America with my nephew and sister, featuring a run through Sea Life and the Rainforest Café.

Some lovely traditional all-you-can eat sushi and catchup with Jess, Jill, and Cindy wherein we ended up buying mugs from the restaurant. Lol.

And then Thanksgiving happened.

Exquisite corpse with my sister and niece was a highlight.

Sister has acquired more gremlins: Gargoyle and Olive.

I saw Wicked, as was required by the culture.

I used my favorite mug from my sister’s household.

Had our traditional brunch at Pizza Lucé.

And then I had a mental breakdown and ran away. Yay!!! Happy Holidays.
