5.5 hours of Earthbound later…

I skipped class this afternoon to start figuring out Spring Break. I skipped rational behaviour after dinner to play Earthbound forever. Needless to say, I am bringing my laptop to Edinburgh this weekend (muahoahaha).

Here is what my $360 railpass should get me:
March 26 Amsterdam for about an hour (I hate you Amsterdam), then a 13 hour trainride to Nice, France
March 26-30: Nice, France
March 31-April 2: Florence, again
April 3-5: Rome, again (maybe I'll see the Sistene Chapel this time)
April 6-9: Vienna (it occurred to me that it's been waiting for me)
April 10-13: Interlaken, Switzerland
April 14-16: Paris (again. grah. Stupid Musee d'Orsay and Georges Pompidou Centre)
April 17: London
April 18-April 21: Dingle, Ireland (it was highly recommended)
April 22: London
April 23: Oxford
April 24: Birmingham (Birmingham!)

My biggest concerns are that my debit card maxed out for today, so I have to wait to book hostels… but I will be in Scotland until Monday. Augh. Maybe early in the morning? Also, I have an early flight on Saturday morning from Brum, but we're getting kicked out Friday afternoon, so my attempt to save £5 was most idiotic. The immediate jump from Amsterdam to Nice via doom trains should be interesting (I've never had a Eurail pass… fuck if I know how it works).

So much for my idea of a lot of time in London. It's probably for the best, though I'm not sure how I ended up in France for so long. I have no personal attraction to Nice or Interlaken, yet there I will be. My joy will be complete, especially if I bring my laptop to play Eartbound.

The current trend at Manor House is addictions.

I leave you with a few poetic images:
being late to work for one more level-up, an entire jar of Nutella eaten with a spoon, and packets of gummies left by the side of the road.
